Just Pick Something!

Written by Lyman Reed

So much of my time is spent aimlessly clicking links on the web, staring at the same naked people doing the same naked things. Or aimlessly flipping through various channels on the television, hoping for a shot of a nipple every now and then.

Almost 36 years old, living in a hotel and working a job that I hate, unable to provide my wife with anything worth anything.

Yes, it’s better than it was a year ago. But it’s not good enough. Something has died inside of me, and it’s time to reanimate it.

And it’s only through consistent, persistent action that I’m going to get where I want to be.

And just where is that?

I don’t know yet. I really enjoy writing… well, actually I enjoy the idea of having my work published. The writing part, the struggle with self to put stuff on paper or screen doesn’t always appeal to me.

It’s much easier to watch the naked people doing stuff to each other.

Maybe I need to get back into therapy. I know I need to start hitting more meetings.

Simpleology also helped. A lot. I used it to get my shit together and stay focused on getting out here to California.

So use it again. Just pick a friggin’ target, will ya!

Happy Birthday to you… I never knew you liked watching naked folks do things to one another. Ya learn somethin’ new every day!
Wanted you to know that I am enjoying applying Simpleology to my own daily life these days. I am busy creating glass. Now I need to get my own digital camera… and the needs go on. :o ) Enjoying the journey is the key.

Hi Deborah! :)

Thanks for the happy birthday. And yes, naked people can be fun to watch, but nowadays I’m finding it a lot more fun to *be* naked with my wife. ;)

It’s great to know that Simpleology has been a help to you, and that you’re working on your creations. You’re right… enjoying the journey *is* the key!
