This Week’s Personal Development Carnival

The January 14, 2007 edition of the Personal Development Carnival is up at Balanced Life Center. Nneka did a fabulous job of putting this one together. I counted 44 posts, which means I’ve got quite the reading list for the upcoming week.

Have you ever thought about hosting a carnival edition?

It seems like everyone has a carnival going on their blogs these days… and there’s a reason for it. Between the new connections you make with other bloggers, and the extra traffic you’ll see to your pages, it really makes sense. So why not host an edition of the Personal Development Carnival yourself? No experience necessary: I will help you out through the entire process, and I’m sure Nneka will as well (I just hope it’s OK to volunteer her like that!) :)

Just drop me a line at lyman [at] ldrj [dot] com, or use my contact page to let me know you are interested.

Once you’ve done that, go read some excellent articles on personal development.

Next, submit your own article for next week’s edition. Please, just one article per blog/blogger. If more than one is submitted, the carnival host will select their favorite to post. So if you submit just one, you get to choose the one that’s included.

And finally — enjoy your day! :)

  1. Good thing I came over here ;-) Anyone can contact me using the contact form on Balanced Life Center.

It’s always a joy to host. The best part is that I get to read all those neat posts first. The bonus is the influx of traffic.

Time permitting I’d like to host once every 4-6 weeks. It keeps me in the loop.

Thanks for getting this started Lyman.

    In Spirit,
    Nneka

  2. Thanks for all that you’ve done with the carnival, Nneka. I’ve loved working with you on it, and I look forward to it in the future. 4-6 weeks makes sense to me… we sure are getting a lot of submissions now!
