Immediate Honesty

After the last week of freedom, I chose to pick up the cigarettes again this morning. I’m still processing it, but I didn’t want to wait very long before admitting to it this morning.
All I know right now is that I’m not done quitting. I appreciate all of the support that was given.

Hi Lyman, no problem. It’s a new moment now. You can put them down this moment.
It’s tough to change behaviour, but you get to choose at any moment which way you want it to go.
BTW, love the theme on the Carnival site. You just keep switching that thing up. It looks professional.

Thanks, Nneka. You are right, since our lives are made up of our moment to moment choices, we always have the opportunity to choose differently in each moment.
And thanks for the compliment on the carnival site. I did keep switching themes, but I think I’ve finally settled on one. I just need to find a few appropriate header images, and it’ll be all set.
