I mean that. I know there are people who say you have to make it a goal, but when I stopped smoking (it's been a while now too!) it was organic. It felt like the time. And I did it cuz I wanted to. Eckhart Tolle writes about how to quit smoking in one of his books. It's a brief paragraph. But it's about presence and it's quite lovely.)
