Personal Development Partners - The Membership Drive

I’ve added another Recommended Resource to the list:

I know that I posted about this not too long ago, but now now Aaron is bribing us to help him out with his membership drive. :) I was planning on adding Personal Development Partners to my Recommended Resources list well before the membership push began. This just made it much sweeter!

Aaron has taken a simple discussion board forum and turned it into a virtual goldmine of personal development resources, the best of which is the ability to connect with others who are on a path of growth… it’s becoming a Facebook / MySpace for people interested in improving the quality of their lives.

There are discussion forums for books, for the law of attraction, for various success systems, relationships, business and entrepreneurship, health and fitness, a classifieds section for those looking to buy and sell, and free electronic products from the Thought Leaders on the site.

Once again, I highly recommend that you take a look at Personal Development Partners. Whatever you are trying to improve, there is probably someone else working on the same thing… so go get yourself a partner!

  1. Lyman,

Wow, what an awesome endorsement for the site! You, sir, totally rock!

I’m truly grateful to have you as one of the Thought Leaders on the site, and I can’t thank you enough for helping to spread the word and build the excitement for the community.

It really is turning into even more than I envisioned, and getting the word out is the challenge that lies before us now. I am filled with gratitude at your extreme efforts, Lyman - I know they come from the heart.

As far as points in the contest, you are in the lead so far! I gave you 20 total points for this link to PDP in addition to your earlier link, 20 more for the Recommended Resources link, and 15 for helping to build the brand by including the screenshot. In addition, you already had 40 points for being a Junior Thought Leader, so you are sitting at 85 already.

I won’t total up points for making posts and referring members until the end, but so far you are doing a great job of leading by example in the contest, Lyman! Thanks for that! :)

  2. Not a problem, Aaron. I love what you’ve done with the site, and we’ve got some great conversations going over there already. There’s something really special going on over there, and I’m glad to be a part of it.

And hey, maybe the contest will finally be the motivation that gets me to write that ebook (so I can donate it to the site and become a Senior) that I’ve been “going to write some day.”

    Thanks!
