I’m Officially Taking a Break

Written by Lyman Reed

I’ve been fighting this for a long time, and not wanting to accept that something just isn’t working. I’m still not exactly sure what it is… but I need to find out.

So I’m taking a break from blogging. No delete key, and no schedule on when I’ll start again. I’m going to continue responding to email, participating in online groups, etc… but I need to let the obligation of writing here on a regular basis go. All I’m doing is spinning my wheels, and I need to really get back to the basics of creating a better life.

The Personal Development Carnival will still be published here this coming Sunday, and I’ll continue to manage it. And there may be the occasional (or not so occasional) link post when I find a great resource that I want to share with people. We’ll just see what happens.

I love you… see you soon.

This seems like a good move for you right now Lyman.
Sometimes we just need to back off and focus on other things. I hope that you are going to continue with what we talked of earlier in November. I think that is something that is in your heart (at least you said it was something you always wanted to do.)

I’m in too. Just signed up for good today!
Please stay in touch during your time off. You got my email.
Hope Tracy is doing well.

Some things need settling, sort of a gestation for better ones to show up. Hope to see you back Lyman in a better shape then ever! Cheers!

Lyman,

You are being wise, you’re listening to your needs.
That’s the basics.

I also want you to be well.

All the best,
Patricia

Hi Lyman,

There are times we need to back off from our everyday chores in other to recharge. This, I believe, is your time to recharge and come out fresh.

I was coming to remind you of my Creative writing project only to see this post.

Take perfect control of every situation man.

Much love from here ;)

Lyman, it’s always the right thing to take control of your life. You’re doing it!

Amen Lyman,

There are many blessings that can emerge during “the dark nights of the soul.” Rather than to fight against being where you are, embrace it with your heart and strength so that your spirit can guide you to what is ready to emerge within you.

One heartfelt nudge to you – watch the tendency to toally isolate and withdraw, During these times, the love, support and energy of the people who love us the best bolster our courage to go the distance to get to the other side. I’m here for you if you need.

Know that you are loved by many, and most of all by Source.

Love and light,
Lorraine
