  4. My husband and I have unofficially had a no-complaining rule for years. That’s one of the simplest ways to improve the quality of our lives.

    My recipe for happiness is to ask myself every day, “What’s good about my life? What needs to be done? How can I get this done and enjoy the process?” What’s your recipe?

    Yes putting a STOP!! Sign in front of the complaining Box could really help… I read somewhere the other day…

    So thought’s are the core… thinking positive and keeping the negative stuff out can, not only help us be HAPPY…. But it may certainly help us go a long way…. Nice post

  9. Thanks for the resources Lyman. My favourite was the introvert one, I used to struggle with my “intro-ness”, and took me a while to get comfortable with it.
