“We are choosing with you, but we are not choosing for you.”
In this video, Abraham talks about their conception of God.
I found it both inspiring and thought provoking.
I can see how it would really upset some people who have, as they say, created God in their own image. I used to be one of those people, and I can just see myself going on a tirade about how Jerry and Esther are sending people to hell.
It’s good to now know that my conscious mind simply cannot understand God. It’s undefinable in human terms.
If God is truly infinite, then to define it would be to limit it. Anytime we talk about God, we are talking about our own conceptions, not the great Reality itself.
And if God is truly infinite, I cannot separate it from me. Otherwise, there is something that God is not… once again limiting it.
The video also reminded me of something else… that This is as God as it Gets.

Hi Lyman, so True. Spirit/God/Consciousness is truly undefinable, but isn’t it fun trying to put it into words. It is an idea so sublime that the moment you utter it, it is no more.

Lyman, this is the second of the Abraham videos that you have had on your blog that I have listened to and enjoyed. I feel that this time I really connected with the information. I bought one of their books within the last 6 months. When it came in, I misplaced it and haven’t made any attempt to find it. I recognised that I had some internal resistance to the Abraham material. After listening to this video, that resistance is gone. Now, I will find the book and read it. Thanks.

Patricia – I’m glad you’ve decided to find the book.
It took me a bit to get over some of the aspects of both Esther’s channeling and Abraham’s teachings, but so much of what they teach is just so good, I guess I was finally worn down.
