Lyman,

You are right on! I've often recommended that people read "The Secret" along with "The War of Art" by Stephen Pressfield. "The Secret" helps me get my thinking straight and "The War of Art" helps me get off my butt! (Or on my butt if the action I must take is to write)

The Law of Attraction works best when coupled with the Law of Massive Action.

Lyman:

I was just catching up on my RSS feeds and came across this post which reasonated with me.

Taking inspired action and getting into the vibration are both important in the manifesting of what we desire.

Sometimes it involves taking action to get into the vibration of doing that thing. Like going to the gym. While I have a vision of myself being at a certain weight and shape (which might inspire me), there are times when I just don't want to go (too hot, too tired or too lazy). So by taking massive action and forcing myself to go to the gym and start working out, within a few minutes I fall into it and the vibration comes alive. Strange huh?

Great post. Thanks for reminding me that BOTH action and vibration work together.

Great stuff, Lyman. No matter what came first, both action and vibration will always be a part of the equation.

Are you SURE that contemplation never got the dishes done? That is truly unfortunate news, Lyman... I really had my hopes up! ;)

Lyman, I also agree with you that it must be a combination of both. Thought vibration would align oneself to the proper "breaks" or opportunities, but massive action will make sure that you take advantage of them.
