Hi
Procrastination is one habit we must overcome if we want to improve our lives. The problem with procrastination is that it gives us the satisfaction of having taken a bold step by deciding to do something. But unfortunately we keep postponing it which is as bad as not doing it.Is it another way of our mind to escape the feelings of guilt in not addressing an issue?

Great post.
I think procastination is how we associate an event with a picture or a sound in our minds. If we anchor something with an unpleasant output, we won't do the task, and we will experiment what we call laziness, or procastination. A solution might be doing some shifting with the aim to change this negative anchor. My 2 cents.
Peace,
Elio
