What’s Right With You?
With Thanksgiving coming up in the United States in just a few days, I thought it would be neat to find out just what people out there are giving thanks for, and to organize all of that gratitude into a powerful list as an offset to the doom and gloom that we hear about every day.
Call it gratitude, call it appreciation, call it giving thanks… I don’t know of a single personal growth teacher who says “Focus on all the stuff that sucks in your life.”
Without exception, they say to focus on what’s right.
So I’d like to know…
What’s right with you and your life?
Please share it with the world - if you’ll fill out the form below, I’ll include your entry (unless it’s ridiculously inappropriate) in a “What’s Right With Us” post on Thanksgiving Day.
Each entry on the list will be in the following format:
What’s right with Lyman Reed of Creating a Better Life?
The love of my family, an upward trend in my financial affairs, a safe and comfortable place to live, and a dog that hugs me whenever I get home from work.
If you have a blog or website, I’ll include a link to it in the entry. If you don’t, the entry will simply say “What’s right with [Your Name].”
RSS and Email readers will probably have to visit this article on Creating a Better Life to fill out the form:
Let the gratitude rip!
Update
Holy Moley… you all sure did let it rip! I love it!
I’m going to have to ask that you do your best to keep your submissions as short as possible… it’s only been a couple of hours, and I’m already getting a inundated with submissions, some very long! While it’s fantastic that there’s so much to be grateful for (that is the point of this whole thing), if you could keep it to a paragraph I sure would be grateful!
Update 2
The entries are posted! Click here to view them.
Thank you to everyone who participated.

Hi Lyman, I am so blessed to have my family and friends. I live in a beautiful house where I see mountains out my window. I am healthier than I have been in years. I have connected spiritually more than I ever could have wished for! I have a great support team of other like minded bloggers like yourself. I have a husband and kids that love me dearly. I could write all day about my blessings but you said to keep it short…
Happy Thanksgiving to you and your wife Lyman! Love, Jenny

Thanks for that, Jenny!
I really hated having to ask people to limit the length - I could go on and on myself! I just wanted to be sure that everyone could be included in the final post.
Happy Thanksgiving to you and yours as well.
