What’s Right With *Us*?
On Monday, I asked people to share what’s right with their lives.
And my oh my… there sure is a lot of good going on out there!
Here’s what people had to say:
—
What’s right with Bonnie of Women’s Success Coaching?
“Thank you for the opportunity to express my gratitude for my wonderful life. I love my family and friends. I live in a beautiful place and appreciate the beauty of my surroundings every day. I am grateful for my good health and energy. I am passionate about my coaching business and I am grateful for the opportunity to meet and coach many clients to reach their goals.”
What’s right with Eric Hamm of “Motivate Thyself”?
“I have a beautiful wife that loves me, a business that pays the bills, a cozy home that keeps me warm, a pair of Miniature Dachshunds that keep me on my toes and a baby on the way. Life’s happening and that’s perfectly wonderful!
Eric.”
What’s right with Ian Peatey of Quantum Learning - Nonviolence as a lifestyle?
“The love of three good women (my partner and two daughters), work with meaning, growing readership of my blog, reading other’s inspiring blogs, snow starting to fall, my health, learning every day, beautiful surroundings and peace in my heart.”
What’s right with Ellie Walsh of Living the Law of Attraction?
“I feel comfortable in my own skin! I absolutely Love my Life! I Love hearing and following my Inner Voice. Following “my true voice” has brought me to the place I can always find something to appreciate! I am surrounded with people and situations that I Love! And of course I feel good about reading Lyman’s blogs! ;)”
What’s right with Maria?
“The love of my children and family. All of my friends. My newest romance. My home. My mother. Me. My health. And all of you who inspire me everyday!”
What’s right with Mary Kate O Flanagan?
“Five beloved sisters, a happy childhood, companions that delight me, my Huckleberry friend, rewarding and well-paid work as a writer, a lovely home, learning about the Law of Attraction, Abraham.”
What’s right with Maria Gajewski of Never the Same River Twice?
“Many things are right in my life at this moment. I have many, many options for the future and I’m excited about taking different paths in the next year. I have enough money to sustain me for quite a while. I have great friends who live in great place, and I have an awesome partner who is smart AND good looking! All in all, I live a pretty charmed life.”
What’s right with Jenny Mannion of Heal Pain Naturally?
“Hi Lyman, I am so blessed to have my family and friends. I live in a beautiful house where I see mountains out my window. I am healthier than I have been in years. I have connected spiritually more than I ever could have wished for! I have a great support team of other like minded bloggers like yourself. I have a husband and kids that love me dearly. I could write all day about my blessings but you said to keep it short…
Happy Thanksgiving to you and your wife Lyman! Love, Jenny”
What’s right with Laura Young of No Safe Distance?
“Genuine true love in my life. A marriage that gets better every year. A best friend that astounds and grows me. Many opportunities to help people in concrete meaningful ways. An acre of my own. No credit card debt. Clients I adore. I wake up HAPPY every single day. I don’t need to read “Stumbling on Happiness”. I have found it and feel it every single day. (And not because my life is pain free, trust me on that!)”
What’s right with Luciano Passuello of Litemind?
“Right now, I can’t think of anything that’s NOT right in my life. Honest! Call it delusion if you like, but when I find something’s wrong, I try hard to actively find a flaw in that perception. I usually succeed — and that’s what I’m most grateful for. :)”
What’s right with Karl of The Coffee Philosophy?
“I’m so grateful for the opportunities, challenges and joy each day brings.
I’m so grateful for my loving supportive wife, and for my beautiful ever excited kids, when I see their smiles it warms me inside, they are the sunshine of my life.
Today my company continues to expand, creating partnerships and developing new ideas for deeply influential services. The limits of my imagination are the only limits that can hold me back, so I dream big, I believe in myself and I take a step with faith in the direction of my dreams.”
What’s right with Steve C of My Wife Quit Her Job?
“I’m thankful for my wife and my cute little daughter. I’m also thankful that we make enough money for my wife to be able to stay at home and raise my daughter full time.”
What’s right with Steve Olson of Steve-Olson.com | For People Pursuing Freedom?
“I am grateful…
I work for ethical and intelligent management, including a CEO who took a major pay decrease, are going without bonuses, and left wages the same for the middle and working class workers. They did it all to avoid layoffs. I’m proud of them.
I have a loving, healthy beautiful family.
I have the internet to connect with you.”
What’s right with Vickie of Contemplate This?
“This past year has helped me view life from a better perspective than ever before. I am thankful for a loving family. I am thankful for a business that allows me the freedom to become more than before. I am thankful for each new day that allows me to start fresh and make it the best day that I can. I am thankful of the knowledge that I create what is in my experience and I have the power to make life what I want it to be.”

Thank you all. I appreciate you.
Happy Thanksgiving!

Hi Lyman,
Very nice project. Its nice to read these types of things. Im glad I came around and clicked your site again. Its hard to find time to get around to ALL the blogs I like.
So whats right with me?
I have great friends who are always there for me, a family that loves me dearly, and I am in an amazing place in life right now. Certainly learning a lot.
Cheers,
Jeremy

Howdy Jeremy,
Thanks for sharing that! One of the biggest things I’ve noticed on this list is that the most mentioned thing that people are grateful for are “family and friends.” It’s good to know that we still value the important things.
I know what you mean about getting around to all of the great blogs out there… it can be tough! I’m grateful that you chose to spend some of your time here.
