In spite of all your positive thinking, there are certain areas of your life that at some point do not improve as much as you would like.
The recipe for success is a combination of ingredients and the better you combine them, the more delicious it will be.
Has it ever happened to you that you spent time and energy preparing a special dish and when you finally sit down to enjoy it, you realize you forgot one ingredient? The ingredient me be ‘only’ salt or sugar, or baking powder, but the result is really frustrating.
Exactly the same happens with the formula of deliberate creation. If you forget, or you cannot include one of the elements, you find manifesting so challenging that you may become frustrated.
The ingredients for deliberate creation are: knowing what you want; feeling good about it; feeling gratitude; being committed; visualizing and taking inspired action.
When you bake a cake, you can add all the right ingredients in the right proportions, but there may be ‘external’ elements that can prevent your cake from cooking well. If the oven does not get to the right temperature, or someone opens it too soon, the result is not good.
In your journey of deliberate creation, sometimes we find obstacles that prevent us from manifesting what we want. The main obstacle I have encountered is the presence of self-limiting beliefs. I can know what I want, I can feel super good about it, I can feel gratitude for what I already have and what I will achieve, I can be super committed, visualize it every day and take inspired action whenever I have a hunch, but if deep inside I am sure that I won’t achieve something, or I don’t deserve it, the whole process ends in plain failure.
This is, in fact, quite a disheartening brick wall at first sight.
I want to be a millionaire but deep down I believe—I have learned to believe—that I have to work hard to earn a basic salary that covers my basic needs only. Etcetera. Let us not go deeper into this because it does not do us any good.
I have found a way to manifest easier and faster those things about which I have taller and thicker inner walls. I put it into practice and I was astonished with the results. I manifested things I would have never believed they were possible. Let me give you a few, but extraordinary, examples:
- At some point I could not afford one computer and I really needed one if I wanted to become a freelancer. I manifested one computer. A few months later, I manifested a second, faster and better one.
- I wanted to have a wonderful vacation. I manifested a trip to the place I wanted to visit in this lifetime: Fernando de Noronha. Believe me, those were the most fantastic vacations I have had so far. A magical island in Northeastern Brazil, one hour by plane from the coast, where ecology is the motto, and where two-meter long sharks swim near people but are not dangerous because they have so much food in that ocean that they simply look at people with disdain. And I did not have to pay for it.
- Also I wanted to stop working as an employee. I needed to stay home and spend more time with my son. However, I was raised to believe that in order to earn one’s income, one should work very hard, lots of hours a day, and that we may need to do things we do not like in order to earn a living. Well, I manifested that too and my heart jumps with joy each time I think about that!
The three examples I shared here involved very strong self-limiting beliefs. I did not believe I was able to manifest any of the three. So, how did I do?
I joined my efforts and commitment with a group of people and the result astonished us all. We all achieved things that we are sure would not have manifested alone… or at least not so fast and in such a perfect manner.
I seriously recommend the experience. If you have difficulty manifesting something, this will make it much easier. Also, if you are already a good deliberate creator, you will see how your possibilities expand in unthinkable measures.
After experiencing this group visualization with different groups of people, bigger and smaller, I felt the need to write all that down and share it in the form of an e-book. My wish today is that lots of people read Thriving Together. A ‘Magic’ Way to Attract the Life of Our Dreams and visualization groups start blooming around the globe.
Joining others in this pursue of personal desires is helpful in many more ways than only helping overcome our self-limiting beliefs. I promise you will find the journey an experience of enormous growth.
When I sat down to write my e-book, I made a commitment to write only what I had to say and not demand hours and hours of the readers’ time to say something that could be summarized in a couple of pages. Also I made a point to explain everything that I considered necessary to engage into group visualization. The result was this e-book of forty pages, embellished by the pictures taken by Lexi Sundell from www.energiesofcreation.com and edited by Jordan Rosenfeld from jordanrosenfeld.wordpress.com that can be found at www.thrivingtogether.com
Let us manifest and manifest, non-stop!

Thank you so much for writing and contributing this article to CaBL, Patricia. I’m really excited to get started with our own visualization group.
Hey,
Thank you for getting so interested in this! I’m also looking forwards to our visualization group. It fills me with joyful anticipation to know that new challenges and marvellous manifestations are on their way!
Life is absolutely wonderful!
Hello Patricia. I have to say that I really loved this article. You are spot on when you say that even if all the “ingredients” are there but deep inside we do not believe we will be successful then we absolutely will not be. I simply LOVE the idea of a group coming together as you describe here. Sounds like a powerful experience! Really, really good article. Thank you for writing and sharing it with us!
I’d like to put here my favorite quote about success : “Start each day by affirming peaceful, contented and happy attitudes and your days will tend to be pleasant and successful” (N.V. Peale)
Keith,
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a good feedback!
If you loved the idea of group visualization, take your first step into it! Go ahead, try it and witness the awesome results with your own eyes.
The whole idea behind writing this e-book was exactly that. To spark curiosity, to give the tools and to help manifestation.
Thanks again!
Patricia
Thanks Esther for the quote!
I agree with it. If you want to replace ‘tend to’ by ‘will be’ I would say:
“Start each day by affirming peaceful, contented and happy attitudes, visualize your intents, take inspired action and your days will be pleasant and successful.”
