How Big Is Your Dream

“Dream BIG, there is no excitement in mediocrity or in keeping up with somebody else”

Whenever I sit to reflect how my life has turned out in the last five years, I couldn’t help but tell anyone that cares to listen that it sure pay to dream BIG.

At the age of twenty-two, I learnt the art of dreaming and I decided there and then that I will build my life only on my dreams. I did a lot of note takings then and it is not a surprise I am doing all that I am doing today. If not for my dreams, I wonder how it would have been possible to start a business with nothing as an unknown quantity few years ago and get to the stage of being recognized as an authority in the field.

When I started, I wasn’t so much concerned about where and how I started, all I was concerned about was where I want to be in years to come. I imagined becoming an authority in my field so that I could pass on the knowledge I have gained over time.

The first time I was at a business seminar, the first thing that came to my mind was that I can also acquire the same knowledge as the Speaker and start disseminating it one day. I also dreamt of getting to the level of meeting with the man and even do some things with him. The dream came to pass about three years ago.

I have spoken at various events since then and I have mentored hundreds of people as well. I have also helped a lot of people better their lives globally all the way from Nigeria, a country known for more bad than good things.

The level you get to in life is determined by how big your dream is. I have discovered that nothing is impossible from my personal experience and those of many others I have heard, read and seen. So if it can come to pass one day?

People that dream small, are short changing themselves. If dreams do come true, why settle for small dreams when the big dreams can also come true? There is no joy in small dreams because when they come true, there will always be dissatisfaction when you know you can achieve something bigger.

I don’t know what dreams you have now, but if you realize you can raise the stake higher, PLEASE, do so now because you will be surprised when those dreams come to pass. In spite of all I have done, I keep raising the bar and the bigger picture is yet to be attained at all.

This is to your success as you become a BIG dreamer.
