To have clear skin all year, it is essential to make a facial scrub and body regularly. For your care, you can use a cosmetic product purchased in pharmacies, supermarkets, or your own preparations.

The homemade facial scrub:

On average, a weekly exfoliation of the face is enough to give you a smooth, healthy and tan from beautifully. You will find all the ingredients to make your scrub composed mainly peach and cream in the kitchen. And if this is not the fishing season, you just need to triple the dose of cream. Since it contains no preservatives, use the mixture immediately.

To begin, make mashed potatoes with fourth fishing then mix with 1 tablespoon cream. Add the same amount of oatmeal, then add successively one teaspoon of powder chamomile and sunflower meal, then smooth it all to make it homogeneous. The dough should be neither too smooth nor too thick. To adjust its consistency, add your choice of cream to make it more liquid or oatmeal to thicken. After a break of one minute, you can apply on your face and neck, performing a gentle circular massage. Keep it 5 minutes, and then rinse your skin with warm water before you pat dry.

The homemade body scrub:

The body scrub is mainly practiced to soften the skin before hair removal or to make it more receptive to moisturizers. This time, you have to imitate the healing done in a salon after buying soap and a black glove Kessa if you do not have one yet.

For this, prepare a hot bath. As your body should not be totally submerged, just fill the tub to a quarter of its volume. Then prepare your exfoliating by diluting 10 ml of paste soap with warm water in a small vial. Then shake the lotion with delicate gestures to avoid the lather and to make it homogeneous.

When ready, sit in water, apply it on damp skin, and then spread it with a washcloth classic. Let the act with steam for 5 minutes, then rinse and dry your skin. Then rub your entire body with the glove by rinsing your Kessa gradually as the dead skin falls. At the end of the scrub, take a warm shower.
