Natural products for hair care

Although the market there are a lot of products of good quality to treat your hair, the truth is that they are much healthier for our bodies those found in nature. For this reason we suggest making your own homemade shampoo using ingredients that can be found in every kitchen. Here are some recipes helpful and easy to prepare that you will surely shine and freshness to your hair without any side effect.

Natural shampoos recipes:

Shampoo bicarbonate:

The bicarbonate shampoo is an excellent choice to clean the hair to its base, but remember to always apply vinegar after the baking dry and a little hair.

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon of baking
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • Water 1 cup

Preparation:

Natural oils shampoo:

Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup coconut milk
  • 1/3 cup liquid Castile soap
  • ½ teaspoon of vitamin E oil (2 or 3 capsules)
  • 20 drops of your favorite essential oil (lavender, mint, orange, rosemary, etc.)
  • (For dry hair: add ½ teaspoon of olive oil or almond)

Preparation:

In a bowl combine the coconut milk, liquid Castile soap oil, vitamin E, essential oil and selected olive or almond (the latter only for dry hair). Shake the mixture well and saved.

When you go to wash your hair use a tablespoon of this shampoo from natural oils and rub arriving to ends. Then rinse with warm water. It can be kept for up to a month.

Shampoo to stimulate hair growth:

Sometimes hair is not only damaged, but we note that its growth is slower than normal for it here are a recipe for natural shampoo to stimulate hair growth.

Ingredients:

  • 2 ½ cups water
  • 5 tablespoons of Ivory soap (grated)
  • 2 teabags of peppermint
  • 1 tablespoon dried rosemary sprigs (shredded)

Preparation:

In a bowl boil the water, add the Ivory soap and stir until melted and evenly mixed. Remove from heat. Place inside the bags of peppermint tea. Now add the rosemary dry and cover the pan. Leave it for 10 minutes, stirring every 2 or 3 minutes.

After the indicated time, remove the bags and let cool. We store in a tightly closed container. This shampoo to stimulate hair growth can be used several times a week.
