About This Blog

If you're new here, you may want to get free updates via email or RSS. Thanks for visiting!

The purpose of this blog is to create and share information on Creating a Better Life - specifically on creating that better life by working from the inside out.

After a lot of trial and error, I’ve come to realize that changing the outer conditions of our life without changing what’s going on inside of us is a fool’s errand. Even if we do make a change on the outside (more money, a new relationship, a better job), it will not last unless last unless there is a corresponding shift in our consciousness.

I’ve battled depression and addiction for most of my life, and this blog is my way of sharing what’s working for me on a day to day basis. There is always more to learn, and what I did yesterday may change today. But the basic principle remains:

Change what’s going on inside, and the outside will follow.

Thank you for joining me.
