I’ve battled I used to suffer from depression and addiction for most of my life, and this blog started off as a way for me to first just deal with, and then begin to grow out of my suffering. There is always more to learn, and what I did yesterday may change today. But there is a basic principle that I try to keep in mind whenever I’m doing any work on myself:
Change what’s going on inside, and the outside will follow.
